This is for the seekers, explorers and adventurers. My Happy Body is not a destination or end point. It is a vehicle. Your vehicle in fact to living a vibrant, happy and healthy life. This isn’t about the absence of disease defining health, rather the adventure in seeking abundant vitality and health in every day. This isn’t about being happy-all-the-time (an impossible feat), but having the tools to understand the ranges of emotion in our human experience. This is not about looking a certain way to determine how we feel, this is about enjoying all that you already are and making the most of what you’ve got. My Happy Body is the culmination of all the things I have learned are necessary to live well.

My intention is to revolutionise the way we think so we stop worrying and start LIVING! Join me on this journey of how exercise, great food and positive thinking will result in something we all desire. A Happy Body.

Wherever you are, whoever you are, you can start right now. All classes are held live via Zoom, you just need to get your hands on a yoga mat and make a little space in your home. Join my Facebook group “Online Yoga With My Happy Body” where every Monday at 8am I lead a free Meditation session.
