A workshop is a deep dive into a specific focus area. We cover topics from mindfulness in the workplace, arm balancing, intention setting, low back pain, and much more. These are a great way to start to understand a topic you are curious about a little better, and can be hosted on your request with a group of friends or you can join one of the events below.
