My Happy Body Chloe Goddard

This is for the seekers, explorers and adventurers. My Happy Body is not a destination or end point. It is a vehicle. Your vehicle in fact to living a vibrant, happy and healthy life. This isn’t about the absence of disease defining health, rather the adventure in seeking abundant vitality and health in every day. This isn’t about being happy-all-the-time (an impossible feat), but having the tools to understand the ranges of emotion in our human experience. This is not about looking a certain way to determine how we feel, this is about enjoying all that you already are and making the most of what you’ve got. My Happy Body is the culmination of all the things I have learned are necessary to live well.

My intention is to revolutionise the way we think so we stop worrying and start LIVING! Join me on this journey of how exercise, great food and positive thinking will result in something we all desire. A Happy Body.

So where can you start your journey?

Presently I am running live online classes whilst we are all home-bound. Ideal for those of you who need to break up the day and  want to make contact with like-minded people whilst not letting COVID-19 stop them from feeling healthy and grounded. Because online can feel a little impersonal, I’d love to make contact with you before you join a class, so please do reach out and we can arrange a time to have a quick chat on the phone or share an exchange of emails. There are classes that are suited for beginners as well as some more intermediate practises too. If you are out of employment or are a frontline NHS worker, please contact me directly about free classes. I look forward to meeting you on the mat soon.
