My Happy Body goes virtual! Join me and my expanding schedule of classes. Coming soon, meditation, sound and fitness.

I am pleased to be able to continue to offer my Yoga classes via Zoom during the COVID-19 outbreak. Now, more than ever, it is fundamental to be taking care of yourself. Regular Yoga practice can reduce stress and anxiety, improve posture and core strength, boost vitality, increase lung capacity, improve digestion and much more. You can pay-per-class for £8 per lesson, or sign up to a monthly unlimited class pass for £45. If you haven’t practiced with me before, or for a while, let’s arrange a time to speak before you join your first lesson. By joining a class you do so at your own risk. Please inform Chloe of any injuries or medical conditions you have prior to participation. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a cushion and a blanket, and an open mind!
