Online Yoga Classes – My Happy Body
Now, more than ever, it is fundamental to be taking care of yourself. Regular Yoga practice can reduce stress and anxiety, improve posture and core strength, boost vitality, increase lung capacity, improve digestion and much more. If the benefits of Yoga stopped just at improved physicality it would be a great thing to do, but they don’t! The benefits of Yoga extend well beyond the physical, helping to regulate your mental health, paving the way for more compassionate and loving relationships, connecting with the wider world around you and giving you tools for a deeper connection with Spirit. If you haven’t practiced with me before, or for a while, let’s arrange a time to speak before you join your first lesson. By joining a class you do so at your own risk. Please inform Chloe of any injuries or medical conditions you have prior to participation. All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, a cushion and a blanket, and an open mind!
